I’m making homemade Christmas gift baskets this year. And I’m planning on making oreo bon bons, peppermint bark, puppy chow, and (possibly) chocolate covered pretzel sticks. But I’m wanting to also make something that’s not sweet. Any ideas of something that is easy to make and not costly that I can add to the baskets? Thanks! =D

goldfish…fruit
In shell peanuts. This will fill any empty spots in your baskets too.
hm….
chex mix is a good idea (like a previous answerer said)
you could try making some sort of spiced popcorn, or shake powdered cheese on popcorn.
good luck!

There is a good article on making gift baskets and what to put in them at this blog, http://kidoozy.com/blog/?p=435, it also has links to ideas for food to make too.
Have fun!
It sounds yummy already.
